What to expect?

A friendly yoga teacher who is a registered Dru Yoga Teacher.

Warm up session to prepare the body.

An Energy Block Release sequence unique to Dru Yoga to detoxify you at every level.

Classic yoga postures.

Flowing sequences to improve physical strength, provide mental clarity and emotional balance.

A relaxation to allow you to deeply relax and heal all layers of the body energy system.
What to bring?

A yoga mat if you have one else we can provide you with a mat.

Drinking water.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.
Prices
10- week term fee for 1.5 hour weekly face to face class $230
Casual rate face to face 1.5 hour class $28/class
Online $10/class
Attend two classes per week for a term $360
Unlimited classes per term $540

As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.
